At The Pilates Studio of Carmel, we dedicate ourselves to honoring Pilates as a system of movement, incorporating both the physical and mental aspects. 

In each session the client will move about the room using various equipment in their 55-minute sessions.  The studio is fully equipped with a variety of Classical apparatus - Reformers, Wunda Chairs, Ladder Barrel, Cadillac, Step Barrels, Ped-o-Pul, High Chair, and more.


We work to build on the six major principles of Pilates: Breath, Precision, Flow, Control, Concentration and Centering.  The clients progress through their development of core control by participating in a structured Pilates program tailored to their individual needs.  A solid foundation is at the heart of the method and “it is in the details that makes the difference.”
